It’s Ok to not be Ok.

Life has this potential to be beautiful yet like anything with such immaculate beauty - it also has the potential to be viciously brutal. It won’t always be brutal, just like it won’t always be beautiful - but those moments happen. And to endure it can sometimes feel like it lasts a lifetime.

If you’re not ok, that’s ok. Don’t pretend, but also don’t allow it to obscure the beauty when you do find it. It’s a battle, but you must continue on. And you must find the beauty again and again and again.

Times like these, we learn to live again.
