Late 90s style

I love this photo. My mom passed years after this picture but when I look at this I immediately go back to that moment. Rest easy Ma, til we meet again, send a butterfly & help guide my way.

This late 90s style is still something I rock everyday. Maybe because I don’t really buy new clothes so I still have these hence my style is frozen in time. Or is it because you can take the kid out of the 90s but never the 90s out of the kid.
